These gloves are amaze balls. I’ve tried a bunch of other bag gloves. Champions, Harbingers, and Everlast (UGH). None of them even come close to comparing to the quality of these gloves.I really like that there’s an extra strap that you do first to wrap the wrist before doing the outer strap, it offers great support. The padding is also thick enough to lay into the bags but not so much that it’s weird or bulky. These gloves are also extremely light weight.The small sized worked really well for my petite lady hands. Do note that they take a few work outs to break in and become more flexible in the fingers, but stick with it, they start to flex fairly quickly.
Excellent gloves The original Tokushu is the best, there’s a reason the company discontinued the “regenesis” version Tokushu 2.0 gloves and went back to the original recipe. Great gloves, I’ve used them HEAVILY for the past year with only minimal scuffing, no rips/tears.As with ALL mma gloves (actually any gloves PERIOD) they have a break-in time of about the first 20 or so uses where your hands will suffer from minor abrasions under the gloves. This is normal, as the gear breaks in it gets better. I typically get little spider bruises between a couple of knuckles but nothing major and no skin removal, doing a single wrap over the knuckles with a short handwrap almost completely eliminates it until the gloves are fully broken in.
Some of the best gloves on the market These are some of the most durable gloves you can find on the market. They are made with durable leather and are sewn tightly together. Additionally they have a double strap, which keeps the gloves from constantly coming undone. My only gripe might be that they are a bit of an investment-especially for someone just starting out. However, I don’t think i’ve seen any gloves that are as durable or dependable as these on the market yet. They are well worth what you pay for.Update (4/8/16):I’ve used these gloves intensively (full-contact sparring biweekly) for the last 3 years and have had no complaints whatsoever. Some of the paint has begun to wear off, but the outer shell is holding like a champ. The stitching is as strong as it ever was, the foam has not decompressed at all. I wholeheartedly recommend this product.
