Made of tough, polyester/cotton Ripstop, the 5.11 TDU Ripstop Pant stands up to the rigors of patrol and special operations. Known for superior comfort, functionality and fit, the pant features a self-adjusting comfort waistband that helps you bend and stretch with ease. The front pockets of our TDU Pants are strong and roomy; the large side pockets are designed with an added inside pocket containing a divider allowing each side to hold two AR mags securely. Each pocket is lined with the Back-Up Belt System loop-sided carrier which allows the attachment of Back-Up Belt System pouches. Two rear pockets round out the storage needs of almost any duty assignment. The 5.11 TDU Ripstop Pant utilizes 65%polyester/35% cotton ripstop material which resist tearing and abrasion. The pant is triple-stitched and bartacked in all stress areas. We use only genuine, locking-flange YKK zippers and quality PRYM snaps which stay zipped and snapped even under the most strenuous activities. Sizing was incorrect/stretchy bands were actually TOO strong for once. Product arrived & waist was too small, even after checking sizing chart on company’s website & such. i’m a size 33 waist, this should have been good for up to 35/36. but it was way tight.
Extremely Dissappionted I have purchased 5.11 products for sometime but for some reason the sizing for this item are not accurate. I purchased this in Medium which their sizing states should fit my 32-34 waist depending on the product. The Medium was much too tight .. Even though the numerous other pairs of 5.11 pants I own fit without issue. I then had them replaced with the Large size and these ones while more comfortable around the waist .. was like wearing balloon pants. They were extremely baggy and would not be effective in the field in my opinion. I had to return both pairs which is ashame because i really liked the style and quality of these ripstops.
