I previously used barefoot shoes like the Vibram five fingers but like these much better … I bought these for part of my out attire. I’ve always preferred working out barefoot and even prefer to run that way. But there are a lot of workouts where you need to make sure your feet are gripped to the ground as much as possible, and that’s where these products come in. I previously used barefoot shoes like the Vibram five fingers but like these much better because you get the freedom of movement in your toes. They do help you keep your grip, and they aren’t too warm or restricting. I bought the large and I’m a US mens 10.5, and they fit fine.

Working from home I use these as soon as I get up and with wooden flooring everywhere it grips well and I have noticed an improvement with my lower back pain. The quality compared to others says a lot.The price compared to other brands on amazon seems a little expensive but the material and quality is noticeable by far.I bought a pack of five from another brand and they didn’t even last a month and that was all 5 pairs!!!!I have had these socks (1 pair of Gobi Cool) and used daily and washed every other day on a 30 wash since May 2016, YEAP since May!Great job guys!!!
