Get some! A truly well designed knee pad. I have wrestled and now grappling; this kneepad provides adequate padding and stays put fairly well. It does run a little small as mentioned in other reviews so be safe and order one size larger to be safe. I usually wear a medium in just about everything, but a large was just right this time. A big help Before I purchased these my knees hated me. They are easy to put on and take off. They stay in place and dont ride up like others I have seen at my gym. After about six uses they smell really bad but thats to be expected. I dont know if its the material or need to be washed more often since they are aired out after every use. The only thing is some of the threads in the seams seem to be coming out. Not a big deal I think they should hold up pretty well.One more thing, the price is per each and dont come in pairs as I initially thought, so you need to purchase two.
