To allow for comfort in the front of the toe, we recommend adding a half size to your normal gym shoe size or sneaker with this wrestling shoe. It does run a little small. Don’t use your current wrestling shoe that has been sweated in and stretched out. You can also shop with us worry free because we will pay for the shipping back and forth (some restriction apply).

Great Shoe. Worthy of the Gable name. These are great shoes. I’ve found that Asics shoes (Running, training and racing flats) all run a half size small. I bought these shoes for my grandson and thought I was replacing another pair of Asics. Not so.
