Perfect for Search and Rescue Evolutions I ordered these knee pads for Fire Recruit Academy during the search and rescue evolutions where you are on your knees constantly, dragging them and being in full gear in the dark and smoke bumping into Stuff, slamming you legs and knees into objects… I had heard horror stories about the recruits knees being torn up, swollen, having to be drained, etc. and having the need for a good set of pads to wear under your station pants.

Get one size smaller than you think you need The size chart is not really accurate. It is 100% based on how thick your legs are. However, they offer no questions asked returns so I was able to easily return it for a small which fits perfectly.
